ZenViewStudios offers a unique service: a modern guest house with a view across the property!
"Le Bateau" is an apartment originally designed for 6 people, and can accommodate up to 10 people over a long weekend.
Since 2018, ZenView Studios, a residential recording studio, has been renting out the rooms in its modern and cozy apartment, designed for artist residencies of up to a few weeks, outside of the recording studio. It accommodates approximately 270 overnight stays per year.
The apartment is modern, independent, and located above the recording studio, with access via a wide, independent exterior staircase.Designed to be sustainable and accommodate up to 6 musicians, for a few weeks or even longer, for short periods.Soundproofed beyond current standards, the living room can be used as an "additional studio cabin."
Our property is surrounded by greenery and adjoins meadows. Its sunny exterior offers views of the countryside and garden; it offers plenty of light.
Snacks and breakfast are available with organic, seasonal or local products from the garden, upon reservation in advance.
Vegan and gluten-free brioches, jams, pastries, and homemade galettes.
Our pastry chef is renowned for her Speculoos and Rum Raisin Cheesecakes, her Blueberry and Roasted Brazil Nut Brownies, as well as her Vegan Brownies with no added sugar. Vegetarian or Vegan meals/breakfasts are available upon reservation.

We are open year-round, and many of our off-season guests travel for work and don't necessarily leave reviews on Booking.com, even though they find suitable accommodations for their tour stopover.

Two rooms incorporate offices: The Piano Room incorporates a desk, and the living room mezzanine has sufficient Wi-Fi speed for teleworking or watching TV.

- Bedroom 2 - Includes two 80cm single beds side by side (sleeps 2).

The property is new and bright, with a panoramic view of the garden and pond. Outdoor parking is provided for guests on the property, just a few meters from the boat. In a green haven, on 1 hectare bordering the meadows.
TGV access to Vendôme (26 km) for Paris or Tours, approximately every 40 minutes during the day.
